We can also help troubleshoot issues that might save you a trip to the shop or a site visit from a techie-squad for $100+ service call. But troubleshooting is ONLY available on an as needed discount billing for regular service contract clients.

We will review your system and your needs and setup a program customized to meet your needs to encompass all of these services and more at one low price of only $50 per week autobilled every 4 weeks to any credit card via pay pal. No long term commitment. Cancel service via e-mail with 4 weeks notice so we can stop the auto billing cycle. (Note: client base will be limited and we anticipate a waiting list so if you have to cancel and want to start up again, you would be on the list)
We will spend an hour maybe with you as needed to set things in motion for you. After that, we are in the background handling the IT Tech services for you from then on with no need for you to be bothered with the technical or mundane duties.
Everything is handled remotely via the internet through secure networks and services. You will be notified via e-mail, instant messaging and/or private "tweets" with details of what was done on your system so you will have a detailed log. This will tell you when we accessed your system, for how long, and what service was performed. This report is our was of assuring you that you will always know your system is up to date and it's current status at the time of the report.
We also will be running routine maintenance to unclog, unclutter and defragment your system, compact as needed, and run system checks for your hardware. It is MUCH better to know if a component in your system is starting to fail than to find out AFTER it failed. A scheduled shop repair is less time and less money than waiting until it breaks and then stuck with NO system while you try to find out what is wrong or bring in someone (most costly) or take it to a shop (not as costly but more time consuming).
